Cancellation Policy
For cancellations outside of the free cancellation period, in the event that we are unable to resell the room, a charge will apply.

Credit/Debit Card Payment
Guests will be asked to pre-authorise their credit card upon arrival.

Any damages or breakages caused to rooms during your stay will be billed directly to you.

Atlantis Spa
Spa treatments included in overnight packages must be booked directly with the spa at least 24 hours in advance. Treatments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without prior reservation. To book, email spa@tarahotel.ie or call 074 974 1600. The hotel accepts no responsibility for treatments that cannot be accommodated due to failure to book in advance. Spa treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
