The Tara Hotel Self Service Leisure Centre is a modern and spacious facility, which offers a range of state of the art equipment & free weights area. Membership is available to the public and complimentary use of the facilities is available to all guests while staying in the hotel.
Our fully air conditioned fitness suite boasts the most modern The Fitness Suitefitness equipment available today. Our cardiovascular area which comprises treadmills, upright and recumbent cycles, rowers, Vibro gym, total body cross trainers and stepper are all you need to keep the pounds off and boost your fitness levels. Each piece of cardiovascular equipment also comes with its own Personal Plasma TV Screen and earphone socket so you can choose your own form of entertainment while working out and you need not miss out on your favourite TV programme!!
Our resistance training area, which contains both, fixed and free weights offers you the opportunity to achieve that toned body you’ve been dreaming about or even add muscle mass for those looking to gain weight.
