  • 8oz Fillet Steak - Prime cuts of Irish steak with chef's secret secret seasoning, cooked to your liking served with sauteed onions & a choice of either pepper sauce, red wine jus or garlic butter. 
  •  Medallions of Pork Fillets - Served onto spring onion mash with a tarragon and red win jus. 
  • Pan Seared Halibut - Pan seared halibut steak served onto a bed of champ with a lemon & prawn cream sauce.
  • Seafood Tagliatelle - A selection of mixed seafood in a lobster sauce, tossed with fresh pasta served with garlic bread.
  • Herb Crusted Cod - Baked fresh fillet of cod topped with a tarragon, tomato & spring onion crust served with a tomato & basil sauce. 
  • Monkfish & Crab Claws - Pan fried monktail fillets & crab claws with a Beurre blanc sauce.
  • Vegetable Curry - Chef's homemade curry with fresh vegetables served with saffron rice & prawn crackers.
