Sauna and Steam Room

The sauna will produce dry heat that draws the moisture out of your body and feels much hotter than a steam room which produces a wet humid heat. Both are ideal to unwind and de-stress and allow the body to breath and release itself from toxins we build up in our everyday lives.

We recommend that these facilities be used for a maximum of ten minutes on your first session. Should you wish to spend longer, make sure to shower and then repeat the process. Keep your body hydrated at all times. Always shower after using the sauna or steam room.

With both the sauna and steam room, relaxation is the keynote. The heat from both also relaxes the muscles, relieving muscular aches and pains. It is a refreshing, revitalizing experience that helps both body and mind. Stress melts away, and the sauna helps many people sleep more soundly.

Steam is an excellent treatment for respiratory problems, such as chest congestion, bronchitis and laryngitis.
